How Lots for Tots came about....
The first playgroup took place in 1994: five volunteers encouraged by three workers from the Health Center organized the first community celebration.
In November 1994, the organization chose its name "Pour tous les Bouts de Chou" / "Lots for Tots".
In January 1996, Lots for Tots moved to the third floor of the Health Center of Temiscaming.
In February 1999, an agreement between the CSSSTK and Lots for Tots was signed.
In April 2002, Lots for Tots left the premises of the Health Center to gain autonomy and many new projects were developed.
In October 2003, the organization acquired their home and developed many new projects. The organization became more experienced and has continued to grow ever since.
In 2021, the organization changed its name to become the Témiscaming Family Center.
